All photographs downloaded from the Shop are in a zip folder and you will find the photograph in the folder. If you are using Windows 10 or 11 you do not need to use extracting software because Windows has that built in. But you can still use zip extraction software if you want to. If you experience any problems during the download or the photo is incorrect please use the contact form on the Contact Page.
